• Most orders are posted through Australia Post
• Items are carefully wrapped using bubble wrap /cardboard & then Shrinked
• Posting orders is done within 2 business days of receiving order & payment
• Approximate Postal times Victoria 3-5 days NSW 4-6 days QLD/WA/Tas 5-8 days
• Covid 19 can/has slow down postal delivery times
• Express post is available upon request, for a small amount extra (Contact us)
• To sign for your item and Insurance is available (unless cancelled by Australia Post)
• Your tracking number can be found under comments where you place your order
• Fastway Couriers and TNT are also used for larger orders
• Freight is paid by the customer for delivery
• Pricing includes GST for Australian residents
• All orders have a $4.50 Packing & Handling charge included

Orders $ 400 to $499.99 incl GST set rate $35.20 ex GST
Orders $500 + set rate $25.30 ex GST
Australian postage charges ONLY
Overseas postage by application

If you are returning products just because you have changed your mind or it is not suitable
There will be no refund on the original delivery charge or any worked done on the products (key fitting) and a $30 Restocking Fee applies. Restocking fee covers all time spent to send & process your order then to restock and administer adjustments to your order, along with any fees that might have incurred.
